As altitude rises, so does the quality of the fruit. The Tempranillo, Garnacha, Viura, Mazuelo, and Graciano vines, carefully cultivated in this unique setting, benefit from a microclimate that imparts character and distinction to each cluster. The temperature difference between day and night at these altitudes provides a gradual and balanced ripening, preserving the acidity and delicate nuances that bring the wines of the region to life.
