Vineyards:

Manual, in small crates, in mid-September.


Elaboration:

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 28°C and subsequent maceration for several days.


Crianza:

At least 12 months in American and French oak barrels.

A wine representative of the new style of Rioja, interpreted through modernity. Elegant, balanced, and reliable for any occasion, with classic aromas of red fruits, vanilla, and subtle hints of licorice and toffee.
