Varieties:
60% Tempranillo, 30% Viura, 10% Garnacha.
Vineyards:
Selection of vineyards planted at altitude, with an average age of 20 years old, aimed at maximizing freshness, varietal character, and fruit expression.
Harvesting:
Manual, in small crates, in mid-September.
Elaboration:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The free-run juice ferments at a controlled temperature of 15°C and is kept on its fine lees for at least 3 months.
Tasting notes:
A typical Rioja rosé; intense and fruity. The Garnacha brings attractive aromas of red fruits (raspberries) while the Tempranillo contributes structure and silkiness, accompanied by the freshness of Viura. A refreshing wine, very versatile, perfect for picnics and pairing well with pasta dishes, rice dishes, barbecues, and tapas.
