Varieties:
100% Viura.
Vineyards:
Selection of vineyards planted at altitude, with an average of 20 years of age in order to maximize freshness, varietal character and fruit expression.
Harvest:
Manual, in small boxes, in the middle of September.
Elaboration:
In stainless steel tanks. The grapes are macerated, and the resulting free-run juice ferments at a controlled temperature of 14°C and is kept with its fine lees for at least 3 months.
Tasting notes:
This Viura (Macabeo) is a dry, aromatic, and fruity white wine with clean herbal notes, representing an excellent alternative to Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio. It stands out for its varietal character, showing prominent aromas of apple, lime zest, jasmine, with bitter grass and hazelnut notes on the finish. A great aperitif and very versatile, pairing well with all kinds of white meats, seafood, sushi, coconut curry, etc.
