Vineyards:

Selection of vineyards planted at high altitude, with an average age of 20 years old, aimed at maximizing freshness, varietal character, and fruit expression.


Harvesting:

Manual, in small crates, in mid-September.


Elaboration:

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 26°C and kept on its fine lees for at least 3 months before bottling.


Tasting notes:

This wine is representative of the virtues of the Tempranillo variety in Rioja. It displays intense floral aromas, very fresh red fruit, and delicate hints of black licorice. A fun and fruity wine, perfect for enjoying every day or with any Mediterranean dish, such as rice, vegetables, pasta, and of course, with all kinds of tapas.
