Vineyards:
Selection of vineyards planted at altitude, with an average age of over 30 years old, aimed at maximizing freshness, varietal character, and expression of the terroir.
Harvest:
Manual, in small crates, in mid-September.
Elaboration:
In stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C for several days.
Crianza:
At least 18 months in American and French oak barrels followed by another 18 months in bottle.
Tasting notes:
A clear example of the elegance and complexity of Rioja Reservas, but with a more contemporary profile. A wine with intense aromas of black and red fruits, with notes of cinnamon and persistent spices. Very versatile with all types of Mediterranean cuisine, meat recipes, and of course, with all kinds of tapas.
